The General Secretariat

The General Secretariat office contributes to the continuity of development at the faculty level, as well as protecting its rights through careful monitoring and updating of its policy in light of respecting the laws in force.

It is headed by Mr.: Jamal Qumairi

   The General Secretariat shall undertake the following  :

• Prepare a draft plan for the conduct of human resources for the faculty and ensure its implementation
• Running the career path for faculty users
• Ensure that the archive and faculty documentation are managed and maintained
• Prepare the faculty budget project and ensure its implementation
• Promoting scientific, cultural and sporting activities for students in coordination with the relevant bodies of the university -directorate
• Managing the movable and real estate means of the faculty and ensuring their maintenance
• Ensure implementation of the college internal security plan
