Supervising the enrolments of new baccalaureate holders.
Supervising the transfer process.

Review the reports and pedagogical records that are submitted from the heads of departments, specialities.
Review and monitor the compatibility of programs, units, modules, and balances- with the approved configuration offerings for all levels and specialities.
Review and monitor the records of deliberations concerning students’ results of all departments.
Good preparation of all kindsof exams.
Follow the examination process.
Help to guide new baccalaureate students.

Follow the preparations to guide new baccalaureate holders ( open doors, leaflets)
Follow and review the pedagogical databases of the college’s students.
Follow and review the various pedagogical statistics for the students of the college.
Preparing the final statisticsoutcome of the college’s students.
Coordination and follow of the education and evaluation services of the college.
Preparation of the college’s manual.
