Service responsibilities:

• Monitoring the well-going of courses and pedagogical syllabi and proving them online

Receiving and archiving the lessons, lectures and TD’s in paper and electronic copies (particularly those being validated by the scientific council and committees) and publishing them after the approval of the faculty’s scientific and pedagogical board

• Monitoring the rooms and amphitheatres
• Preparing and supervising examination schedules
• Monitoring the training teams activities
