The Islamic Development Bank Prize for Effective Achievement in Islamic Economy for the year 1442 AH / 2021 AD
The Islamic Development Bank announced the launching of its annual award that would reward effective achievement in the Islamic economy for the year 1442 AH / 2021AD.
The Islamic Development Bank awards concern alternately in the following two categories:
– Development Achievement Award;
– Knowledge Contribution Award.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Arab Republic of Egypt has decided to offer 12 scholarships for the benefit of students from Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation for the academic year 2020-2021 . Safir is a program for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the economic inclusion of youth in 9 countries of North Africa and the Middle East (Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia). Launched in March 2020, it is co-financed by the European Union for a period of 4 years. Safir aims to support more than 1,000 young people with projects with social, cultural and environmental impact and the structuring of a regional ecosystem aimed at increasing dialogue between youth and public authorities. A call for applications is launched to support the creation or strengthening of university incubators in the countries involved in the program.
The call is open until October 31, 2020.

SATREPS is a Japanese government program that promotes international joint research. The program is structured as a collaboration between the Japan Agency for Science and Technology (JST) New Window, which provides competitive research funds for science and technology projects, and the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED) New window, which provides competitive research funds for medical research and development, and the new window of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which provides development assistance (ODA).
