The dean’s Word/Statement
The Dean: Dr.LazharAbdelaziz
Soon after the onset of the academic year 2019/2020, the faculty of law and political sciences is on the brink of embarking upon a new work strategy that aims at developing the faculty at the pedagogical, scientific and cultural levels.
This newly adopted strategy is consonant with the fresh blood of the dean Dr.LazharAbdelaziz.The nobel objectives that we set for the faculty cannot be accomplished without a deeply envisaged clearly defined vision that takes into account the human and material/financial resources at hand. Therefore, we launch this progressively developmental / both revolutionary and evolutionary project on the basis of a tri-layered strategy:
One:
The first layer in our strategy draws strength from the human resources that our faculty enjoys including the large number of employees and professors from different academic ranks in addition to the large number of students at a whopping 4000 students as indicated by the most recent statistics/census.
Such human asset, accoutred with responsibility and work ethics, is, without shadow of doubt, capable of placing a significant nominal value upon the different faculty departments.
Two:
The second layer is based on the logistic and infrastructural networks of the faculty. Despite the elapse of many laborious years since the establishment of the faculty, the pedagogical and administrative structures thereof still warrant the catapulting of the faculty to pedagogical, scientific and cultural headship.
In view of that, we undertook the project of rehabilitating and restoring the faculty structures and spaces as we contend that the infrastructural and logistic networks of the faculty are substantial in boosting the professional productivity of the students, the employees and the professors.
Three:
The third layer in our strategy is utterly scientific. The faculty avails itself of the scientific activities in all the specializations. This is achieved by intensifying the local, regional and international conferences, colloquiums and study days for phd students who are on a yearly increase in number.
By all means, the three intertwined layers are in need of a media-communication policy under the supervision of the faculty deanship. The policy seeks to promote better communication mechanisms in order to identify the faculty activities and achievements and deliver the complete and reliable information to its students, employees and professors. Our website is expected to be a gateway to the public to know about the faculty contribution in AmmarThelidji university in specific and the Algerian university in general.
I hereby wish my colleagues (the professors), my children (the students) and my brothers (the employees) a happy new academic year. Long live Algeria! Glory and eternity to our martyrs!
