Monitoring of construction and equipment  programmes Service.

mission :

The mission of this service is to monitoring of construction programmes and implementation of the University’s equipment programmes in relation to the services concerned.

Also to monitoring the physical and financial situation of the transactions entered after the start of the realisation.

And to receiption of completed projects (centraized managed – managed by Ministery) or (decentralized – managed by the Wali).

 Tasks

• Investigation and collection of information necessary for the preparation of development plans for the realization of investment projects in the fields of construction and equipment.
• Proposing projects in the areas of construction and equipment to Central Services under the authority of the Ministery, as required.
• The preparation, with the agreement of the Ministry, of the regulatory mechanisms and procedures for the concretization of the projects awarded (establishment of the specifications of the notified projects, advertising through the notices of invitation to tender, preparation of contracts and contracts concluded after evaluation of the tenders of the bidding institutions) .
