Post-Graduation Service Présentation

               The Post-Graduation service: is responsible for monitoring the progress of post-graduation training (Classic Doctorate and 3rd cycle doctorate for any registration and defense). He is also responsible for monitoring all the files of teacher researchers and permanent researchers applying for university accreditation and the management of defense files as well as the issuance of university accreditation diplomas.

In addition, the PG service aims for scientific governance of post graduation, the development of higher education and the promotion of research activities.

   The registration or re-registration file is filed with the respective faculties (post-graduation service of the faculty). After administrative verification, the faculty transmits the file to the department concerned so that it can be studied by the Scientific Committee of the Department (CSD). If the file receives a favorable opinion from the CSD, it will be transmitted to the Scientific Council of the Faculty (CSF) with a copy of the report or extract from the report of the CSD. After validation by the CSF, the student is declared registered or re-registered.

First registration file

  8. Registration fee (receipt) (200DA).

For students born abroad, the following documents must be added to the registration file:

  2. Certificates of equivalence of diplomas obtained abroad.

Doctorate in DLMD

Beyond the 5th Year, you must add

  1. Request for exemption for re-enrollment in 6th year (printed form provided)

N.B: the title of the thesis subject must be complete and identical to that of the first registration. any change must be validated by the scientific bodies (scientific committee and scientific council).

The maximum number of registrations is set to 5. Exceptionally, and upon derogatory advice from the Faculty’s Scientific Council (CSF), a 6th registration may be granted to the doctoral student (decree No. 60 of August 19, 1998).

N.B.: Any incomplete file, poorly presented or filed after the deadline is rejected.

Doctorate in DLMD

Conditions of registration for university authorization

University accreditation is aimed at teacher-researchers holding a doctorate and wishing to invest in the supervision of doctoral theses. Enabling is a procedure and should not be assimilated to a doctoral thesis. Consequently, no registration or preparation period is required and its obtaining is linked to the quality of the candidate’s file through the assessment of the habilitation jury. To be able to apply for university accreditation, the applicant must meet the following minimum conditions:

University authorization application period:

The two sessions for submitting applications are scheduled from September 15 to 30 and January 15 to 30 of the academic year, respectively. The application can only be made once a year.
