The Service’s Tasks:
Following-up on the file of cooperation with universities and cooperation agreements.
Following-up to scientific vacations and internships.
Inform and assist teachers to prepare their documents.
Keeping and archiving files of holidays and scientific vacations.
Following-up to the various scientific events, announcing the updates and keeping a special archive of them.
The Internships (Trainings)
Preface:
With the approval of the Scientific Council, the Faculty grants training to improve the level abroad within the limits of the budget allocated for this purpose, for the benefit of the researchers who prove their enrollment in the doctorate, as well as non-wage students who enrolled in the doctorate and students who enrolled in the second year of Magister or Master in accordance with Article 36 of Presidential Decree No. 14- 196 of 08 Ramadan 1435 corresponding to 06 July 2014, which includes organizing training and improving the level abroad and running them.
– The Faculty announces, upon correspondence from the University Rectorate, the opening of training’s application for the benefit of teachers and students.
– Teachers and students enrolled in the PhD can benefit from participating in a scientific demonstration for a period that does not exceed seven (07) days to participate in scientific conferences after being justified by an official invitation to participate in an oral presentation or poster.
The teachers benefiting from training must submit the report of their trip once they come back, at the level of the Cooperation and External Relations Service, and then send a copy of this file to the Vice- Rectorate in Charge of Foreign Relations.

Students selected by the Scientific Council must fulfill the following conditions:
– The applicant must be validly enrolled in accordance with the legal procedures;
– To have a research topic indicated by the supervisor with an action plan for the research and an accurate timetable for scientific work.

Scientific Events
Scientific events are a distinct research activity for the university. The Faculty of Letters and Languages organizes seminars, study days to contribute to enhancing its scientific role.
2.1. Concepts Related to the Demonstrations:
Study day: It is a scientific gathering on a specific subject that usually takes one day.
The workshop: It is a workshop for exchanging experiences on a pre-selected topic.
The forum: (international / national) is a scientific assembly between a number of people from all professional aspects, the aim of which is to compare and publish the research results and may take more than a day.
2.2 Documents Required for Organizing a Scientific Demonstration:
The file needed for the scientific event consists of the following documents:
A justification letter: explains its importance and justifies the subject of this request.
Organizing Committee: A list of the names of the organizing committee, along with the chairman responsible for the committee.
The Scientific Committee: The Scientific Committee must appear in each application.
Subject and goal: Every scientific event has a specific goal.
Participants: Each application must include the number of participants. (The nominal list of national and foreign invitees of their rank; for foreign guests, the list must be sent at least six (06) months before the demonstration is organized to take the necessary measures.)
The program: details of the names of the participants, the dates and times of their presentations
Announcing the demonstration for publication on the university’s website;
Technical card: indicated by the Head of Department, Vice-Dean in Charge of External Relations as well as the Dean of the Faculty.
A copy of the final file shall be sent at least one month before the specified date of the scientific demonstration to the Department of Academic Activities, Communication and Demonstrations, the Vice-Rectorate in Charge of External Relations.
