Creation

The vice rectorate charge of development, prospective and orientation was created following the ministerial decision of 8 Rajab 1425 corresponding to 24 August 2004, applying Article 08 of Executive Decree number 03-279 of the 24th Joumada Ethani 1424 corresponding to the 23rd of August 2003 amending Executive Decree No. 01-270 of the 30th Joumada Ethani 1422 corresponding to the 18th of September 2001, where this Vice-Rector responsible for planning now bears the name of “Vice-Rector responsible for development and prospective and orientation”.
