According to Presidential Decree No. 19-196 of 08 Ramadan 1435 corresponding to 06 July 2014, which includes organizing training and improving the level abroad and running them, non-wage students registered with PhDs and students enrolled in the second year of a master’s or master’s degree and those residing in medical sciences can benefit From the level improvement training within the limits of the budget allocated for that at the university level. Students who are chosen by the scientific council must fulfill the following conditions: – The student must be legally registered in accordance with the legal procedures; – He must have a research topic indicated by the A supervisor enclosing an action plan for research and an accurate timetable for scientific work;
