Enabling is a procedure and should not be assimilated to a doctoral thesis. Consequently, no registration or preparation period is required and its obtaining is linked to the quality of the candidate&#8217;s file through the assessment of the habilitation jury. To be able to apply for university accreditation, the applicant must meet the following minimum conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Holders of a diploma of:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">1. doctorate in science,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">2. 3rd cycle doctoral degree,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">3. foreign diploma admitted in equivalence.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">\u2022 Assistant professors in charge of lectures.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">\u2022 Senior assistant professors working full time in a higher education institution.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino;font-size: 14pt;color: #0000ff\"><strong>University authorization application period:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">The two sessions for submitting applications are scheduled from September 15 to 30 and January 15 to 30 of the academic year, respectively.
