14pt\">Preparing and executing the human resources management plan in the faculty<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Managing and preserving the archives and documentation of the faculty<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Preparing and executing the faculty budget<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Promoting the scientific, cultural and sports activities for the benefit of students<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Managing the movable and immovable resources of the faculty and ensuring their maintenance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino\">The General Secretariat of the faculty includes four Maintenance office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Office of scientific cultural and sports activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Staff office<\/strong>: responsible: Abdelhakem Rabeh<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Ensuring the continuation of the employee&#8217;s career from the day of installation until retirement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: management<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Management of the faculty vehicle fleet<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Delivering of purchase orders and receipts<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Office of scientific cultural and sports activities<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Create an atmosphere of deliberate and creative competition of students in the scientific and cultural field by organizing cultural competitions between students and highlighting the scientific and cultural talents of students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua',Palatino;color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">Organizing sports competitions and internships and other intellectual games
