\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0N\u00e9 le 26 d\u00e9cembre 1923 \u00e0 Laghouat. Intelligent et brillant \u00e9l\u00e8ve, il acc\u00e9da au Lyc\u00e9e Bencheneb de M\u00e9d\u00e9a qu’il quitta\u00a0t\u00f4t pour rejoindre les rangs de l’arm\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise comme engag\u00e9 volontaire. Il a combattu en Indochine et s’est install\u00e9 au Maroc en tant qu’officier de l’arm\u00e9e des transmissions. Pour ses comp\u00e9tences, il fut conseill\u00e9 des Forces Arm\u00e9es Royales marocaines en mati\u00e8re de transmissions. Au mois de juin 1956, il regagna les rangs de l’A.L.N., aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du Colonel Abdelhafid BOUSSOUF. Ce dernier le choisi comme instructeur de la premi\u00e8re promotion \u00ab\u00a0ZAABANA\u00a0\u00bb des techniciens en transmissions de l\u2019A.L.N., en ao\u00fbt 1956. Apr\u00e8s l’ind\u00e9pendance, il fut un cadre \u00e9minent du minist\u00e8re des P.T.T.
