\u00a0Dear colleagues, welcome to the STAPS of\u00a0 LAGHOUAT Institute, <\/span>It is with great pleasure that I write these few words to you, on behalf of our newly created establishment, to wish you every success in the exercise of your new missions and important responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The general secretary is \u00a0responsible for:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– ensure the management of the careers of institute\u00a0 staff while respecting the authority of the institutes,<\/span><\/p>\n

– prepare the institute’s budget proposal and monitor its execution,<\/span><\/p>\n

– ensure the follow-up of the financing of the activities of research laboratories,<\/span><\/p>\n

– to ensure the proper functioning of the common services of the university,<\/span><\/p>\n

– to implement the programs of cultural and sporting activities of the institute and to promote them,<\/span><\/p>\n

– ensure the monitoring and coordination of the institute’s internal security plans in conjunction with the office of the internal security rectorate,<\/span><\/p>\n

– ensuring the management and conservation of the archives and documentation of the rectorate,<\/span><\/p>\n

– ensure the operation and management of the university’s order office.<\/span><\/p>\n
