The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of a note from the Division of Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea of the Office of Legal Affairs of the United Nations relating to the Launch of a call for applications by “The Nippon Foundation Strategic needs Fellowship Programme” at the United Nations Strategic Needs Fellowship Programme.
The objective of this scholarship is to provide advanced training in the field of Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea
The training session will take place for 4 months at the United Nations Headquarters in New York during the period from mid-August to mid-December 2023.
Candidates to participate in this short-term training must be between 25 and 40 years old and hold a university degree. They must also exercise a function linked to the sustainable development of the oceans and seas.
