The faculty council
The Faculty Council issues opinions and recommendations on:
- Prospects for faculty development,
- Programming of the faculty’s training and research actions,
- Prospects for national and international scientific cooperation,
- Programming of continuous training, improvement and retraining actions,
- Faculty’s budget proposal,
- Faculty’s human resources management plan project,
- Contract projects, study agreements, expertise and services provided by the faculty, management of the faculty,
- Faculty’s annual activity report.
- The faculty council studies and proposes any measure that is likely to improve the performance of the faculty and to promote the achievement of its objectives and gives its opinion on any question submitted by the dean.
- Members
- The faculty council includes:
- Dean of the Faculty: President.
- Head of the scientific council of the faculty
- Heads of departments.
- Heads of Laboratories.
- Two representatives of teachers for each department.
- Two elected representatives of administrative staff, technical and service.
- An elected student representative by department
- The vice-deans, the secretary general and the head of the faculty library attend meetings in an advisory capacity.
