The Department of External Relations and Post Graduation Research and Training and Management of Scientific Events tracks over than ten  of agreements and offers with universities around the world. Aware of the interest and the importance of a stay abroad, it wants to be a solid support for research teachers  and students who went  abroad.

ISTAPS of Laghouat encourages its students to try this unique experience both for their studies and the deepening of the knowledge of a language as for the understanding of another culture and the adaptation to another way of life and thought

 Our services manage several events, study days and seminars and study days , and doctoral training for three years in two specialties.
