- The tasks of the Faculty of Medicine’s Decanat Education Department are to:
- • Manage and track re-registrations of graduate students
- • Track registrations and transfers
- • Maintain student name file
- • Collect, process and disseminate educational information for the benefit of students
- • Archive the teaching files
- • Provide administrative follow-up for students from registration to graduation by providing direct teacher support
- • Ensure proper management of student education.
- Application dossier for an academic year
- o Handwritten request (file to download)
- o justification (medical- national service, etc.)
- o certificate, of registration
- o original student card
- Application file for the integration of abundant students:
- • Request manuscrite
- • copy of last year’s certificate of enrolment
- • any document that can help the student integrate (medical certificate, national service card, etc.)
Application file for a second student card:
- Handwritten request
- declaration of loss or theft (must be issued by national security services)
- copy of registration certificate
- photo ID
