Scientific research is central to the process of building a modern nation. Responsible for any technological advance, it constitutes an essential and strategic factor in the socio-economic and cultural development of a country. It also allows the outreach of a university and this through the promotion of scientific production as well as its promotion to better position it at national and international level by ensuring good visibility.
The ambition of the Amar Telidji University of Laghouat (UATL) is to support and create favorable conditions for useful and quality scientific research, capable to contribute significantly to economic, social and cultural development. For this, the UATL offers researchers and phd students an appropriate technical professional environment through modern infrastructures and high-performance equipment. These strengths allow the implementation of research projects; within the framework of doctoral training or external collaborations; taking care of the problems and grievances of other sectors (SONATRACH, SONELGAZ, La POSTE, Agriculture, ….).
The vice-rectorate responsible for higher education in the third cycle, university habilitation, scientific research and higher education in post-graduation, has the mission of animating and promoting scientific research and ensuring follow-up. training for magistrates and doctors in science and LMD. He also oversees the application and compliance with the regulations, ethics and professional conduct of scientific research, the main characteristics of which are quality and honesty.
